As an emerging and developing park, constructed wetland has the natural resources, landform features and other edge features of both terrestrial environment and water environment. It has good ecological benefit, visual effect and cultural feature, is the development trend of urban ecological park in recent years, and is gradually approved by people. Urban wetland parks have become an important and effective way in the protection, reconstruction and rational utilization of wetland. Water is the most important element of the Wetland Park，as the core concept of the garden have a long history. Since ancient times, the doctrine of the garden said that there is not a garden without water. So water landscape play the importance in the making the garden.
