企业安全文化体系构建探讨+文献综述 摘要：当前企业中的重大事故频繁发生，其原因主要是大众安全意识淡薄、安全价值观念差、安全素质较低，企业没有安全文化支撑。企业安全文化建设是近年来安全科学领域提出的一项企业安全生产保障新对策，是安全系统工程和现代安全管理的一种新思路、新策略，也是企业事故预防的重要基础工程。而一些企业的安全文化体系建成以后往往没有及时调整，造成企业安全文化与实际脱节。因此，定期对企业安全文化现状进行评价，确定企业安全文化所处的发展阶段和查找安全文化系统内存在的问题，为制定下一阶段的安全文化建设战略目标提供依据便成为了对每个企业的安全生产而言非常重要的课题。本以上海某区企业为研究对象，选择典型企业从安全观念文化、安全管理(制度)文化、安全行为文化、安全物态(物质)文化四个层次进行安全文化体系构建的探讨和评价体系研究。运用定性定量方法建立安全文化构建模型及分析模型，构建出某区典型企业安全文化模范。7445 关键词： 安全文化建设；安全管理；安全文化评估体系；模糊综合分析 Discussion on the construction of an area of enterprise safety culture system Abstract ：Grave accidents still occur frequently in the enterprise now. The main reason is that peoplersquo;s dim awareness of safety, the different security values and the low safety quality. The enterprises havenrsquo;t the support of safety culture. Enterprise safety culture construction is a new countermeasure of enterprise safety production protection put forward by safety science field in recent years. It is a new kind of ideas and methods of safety system engineering and modern safety management. It is also an important foundation engineering of the enterprise accident prevention. The safety culture system in some enterprises often hard to adjust after being built, it causes the disconnection between the enterprise safety culture and reality. Therefore, the regular evaluation of enterprise safety culture current situation, ensure the development of it and find the problem of safety culture system, provide the basis for the next phase of safety culture establishment strategic goal has become a very important subject for each enterprise lsquo;s safe production . In this paper, certain the enterprises in an area of Shanghai as the research object. Selecting the typical enterprise to discuss the construction of safety culture system and research the evaluation system from safety culture, safety management (system) culture, safety culture, safety behavior of (a substance) this four levels. Using qualitative and quantitative methods to establish
