In the model , dependency structure matrix (DSM) , analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis were used to represent activity relationship s , quantify activity couplings and decompose large size of interdependent activity group s. The development process of model proj ect was reengineered. Finally , an illustrative example was presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.
