精子顶体酶活性及精液常规检查参数关系分析作者单位：400020 重庆市人口和计划生育科学技术研究院附属医院 通讯作者：陈可 【摘要】 目的 通过比较精子顶体酶正常组和异常组精液常规检测参数差异，明确顶体酶活性在评估男性生育能力中的重要意义。方法 从316例男性不育症患者的精液中选取36例顶体酶活性正常标本和36例顶体酶活性异常标本，分别作为顶体酶活性正常组和顶体酶活性异常组。所有精液标本均进行精子活率、A+B级精子活力、精子密度、精子畸形率、精子头部畸形率测定，运用相关统计学方法分析。结果 顶体酶正常组精子活率、A+B级精子活力、精子密度均显著高于异常组，精子畸形率和精子头部畸形率均显著低于异常组，且精子顶体酶活性与精子活率、A+B级精子活力、精子密度呈显著正相关与精子畸形率和精子头部畸形率呈显著负相关。结论 精子顶体酶活性可以代表精子质量，精液常规检测参数可能是精子顶体酶活性的影响因素，可作为临床评估男性生育能力的重要指标。 【关键词】 精子顶体酶； 精子活率； A+B级精子活力； 精子密度； 精子畸形率； 精子头部畸形率 Analysis of relationship between sperm acrosin activity and index of routine testing of semen CHEN Ke,BAO Hua-qiong,DING Jie,CAI Min.The Affiliated Hospital of Population and Family Planning Science and Technology Research Institute in Chongqing. Chongqing 400020，China 【Abstract 】 Objective To clarify the value of sperm acrosin activity in evaluating male fertility through comparing the routine testing of semen between sperm acrosin normal group and abnormal group.Methods According to sperm acrosin activity, collected 36 cases of semen with normal sperm acrosin activity and 36 cases of semen with abnormal sperm acrosin activity from 316 cases with sterility,then we detected and analyzed survival rate of sperm, sperm motility（A+B）, density of sperm, rate of teratosperm, rate of spermhead deformity.Results Survival rate of sperm, sperm motility（A+B）, density of sperm of sperm acrosin normal group were higher than that of abnormal group, rate of teratosperm and rate of spermhead deformity of normal group were lower than that of abnormal group.Sperm acrosin activity and survival rate of sperm, sperm motility（A+B）, density of sperm were positively correlated, but was negatively correlated with rate of teratosperm, rate of spermhead deformity.Conclusion Sperm acrosin activity can represent the quality of sperm and can be important indicator for evaluating male fertility in clinic. 【Key words】 Sperm acrosin； Survival rate of sperm; Sperm motility （A+B）; Density of sperm; Rate of teratosperm; Ra
