胃癌影响因素调查问卷的初步编制及信、效度检验 朱 琳 陈 鹏 ［摘要］目的：评价自制胃癌影响因素调查问卷的信度和效度。方法：在文献复习、实地调查和专家咨询的基础上初步编制胃癌影响因素调查问卷，对351例胃癌患者和健康人群进行问卷调查，分析量表的内部一致性、分半信度、内容效度、区分效度和结构效度等指标。结果：问卷各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.7120~O.8863，分半信度为0.71,各领域的内部信度系数均≥0.7。各领域间相关系数较小，均小于各个领域的系数，说明问卷有良好的内容效度和区分效度。结构效度中，经因子分析，各主因子中各条目与其主成分大致相符。结论：胃癌影响因素调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度，可以应用于新疆公共卫生和其它医学领域。 ［关键词］胃癌影响因素问卷;信度;效度 The Reliability and Validity of Gastric Cancer Influcing Factors Test Zhu lin Chen peng [ABSTRACT] Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Gastric Cancer influcing factors test.Methods: The Gastric Cancer Influcing Factors Test was established by literature review,investigation and consultation. 351 patients and healthy person were investigated by questionnaire. Data were analyzed in Cronbachs Alpha coefficient, spit-half coefficient, content validity 、discriminatory validity and construct validity with SPSS13.0.Results: The cronbach s a coefficients of all dimensions of influcing factors test ranged from 0·743 0~0·8763, and the spit-half coefficient was 0·71.All the internal consistency Cronbachs coefficients were above 0·70.The correlation between the item and other domains were low, and they were lower than the correlation between the domain and other domains. These demonstratedtest had good content validity and discriminatory validity. Factor analysis resulted in unidimensional pattern, which supported the use of a total score.Conclusion: Gastric Cancer influcing factors test has good reliability and validity, the Gastric Cancer influcing factors test can be applied in public health and medical field to assess quality of life for Xinjiang people.
