摘要 改革开放以来，我国财产保险业取得了飞跃式的发展，财产保险业在国民经济中所具 有的重要地位，已被越来越多的人们所认知。由于我国财产保险业发展的时间并不长，财 产保险公司的运营仍存在种种问题。合理地对财产保险公司的运营规划不仅是企业提高自 身经济效益的需要，也是关系到民族产险业竞争图存的需要。在充满风险和飞速发展的当 今世界，产险公司运营管理的战略意义日益突出。 鉴于产险公司的经营特征以及运营的复杂性，传统方法难以解决针对产险公司与一般 企业的区别及其运营特征，本文将产险公司运营系统分为人力资源、保费收入、分保、税 收、筹资、利润、固定资产、现金流量等子系统，通过各子系统相互影响与作用，从而对 产险公司整个运营系统产生影响。运用系统动力学研究工具并以其建模软件Vensim从系统 论的思想出发对产险公司的经营进行建模、仿真。通过产险公司的运营系统仿真揭示产险 公司运营系统内部特征及发展状况。 仿真模型能够对产险公司的经营进行动态模拟，从而为产险公司的经营决策者提供合 理的参考。以样本企业YG公司的经营数据对模型的有效性进行了检验，并对未来一定期限 内公司的经营状况进行仿真，仿真内容包括资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表、人力资源 概况、保费收入动态变化、偿付能力变化趋势等。 定量与定性相结合的研究方法，动态地进行产险公司运营仿真，为公司决策者提供合 适的政策建议，是本文的创新之处。 关键词：系统动力学；运营仿真；产险公司运营 Abstract Sincetheimplementationofreformandopenpolicy，Thepropertyinsuranceindustryinour country has developed greatly. The importance of property insurance industry in national economyiswellknowntopeople.However,becausethetimeoftakingupthepropertyinsurance industry is not long enough,there are stillmany problems existing inthe operation ofproperty insurance company.Reasonable operationplan ofproperty insurance companies isnotjust their ownneeds to improve economicbenefit,but also the needs of national industry to struggle for existence.Intheeconomicsocietyfullofrapiddevelopmentsandrisks,thestrategicsignificance ofpropertyinsurancecompanies’operationhasbecomemoreandmoreprominent.
