Before the Decision was issued , the forensic management system w副 not in order and the complaint handling was in confusion. Since the Decision was issued , along with the establishment of the unified management system , a unified mechanism for complaint handling has been gradually built up. But , faced with the core demands of the p町ties ， we should straighten the complaint handling mechanism by improving the administrative system , including the establishment of a complaint handling body mechanism and a supervision mechanism. At the same time , for the difficult issues in the complaint handling mechanism , we should develop the expe此 assistant system , and improve the court testimony system , the arbitration ruling system for disputed forensic opinions and the aid system.
