(2) 24 cases (96%) had successful ablation at room speed. The A wave of the successful target was 38 + 11ms ahead of the body surface ECG P (A-P interval), significantly longer than that of the non successful target (26 + 7ms, P0.05). The site of successful ablation is mainly located in the special anatomical region of the room. Conclusion the main pathogenesis of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia in adults is reentry, and is sensitive to atp. Radiofrequency ablation is an effective way to cure atrial tachycardia.
