农产品质量安全检测机构考核办法（Measures for the assessment of the quality and safety of agricultural products） Measures for the assessment of the quality and safety of agricultural products (promulgated by order No. seventh of the Ministry of agriculture in December 12, 2007 and effective as of January 12, 2008) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of agricultural product quality safety inspection standard, the quality and safety of agricultural products testing institutions according to the provisions of the assessment, Peoples Republic of China agricultural product quality safety law and other relevant laws and administrative regulations formulated.
