黑 龙 江 大 学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 中国农村合作金融发展 现状、问题及对策 学 院： 年 级： 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 经济与工商管理学院 2008级 金融学 孙立媛刘雪莲 2012 年 4 月 30 日 摘要 2011年3月21日，据银监会网站发布数据，截至2010年末，全国农村合作金融机构资产总额已突破10万亿元，占全部银行业金融机构资产总额的11.3%。农村合作金融作为我国农村金融的基础，在支持农村经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。农村合作金融机构是对中国社会主义新农村建设提供金融扶持最有力的组织保障。作为一种新兴的组织机构, 在近几年的探索改革中, 它发挥了以往的农村金融机构不能替代的作用, 取得了比较令人满意的效果, 但是也暴露出了不少问题。立足中国现实情况, 在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上, 探索真正意义上的中国农村合作金融, 是中国农村金融制度变革和发展面临的最紧迫的任务。 关键词 农村；合作金融；问题；对策 I Abstract March 21, 2011, according to the China Banking Regulatory Commission website data, by the end of 2010, the total assets of the rural cooperative financial institutions has exceeded 10 trillion yuan, accounting for all banking financial institutions with total assets of1.3%. As a new organization, in recent years to explore the reform, it is played before the rural financial institutions can not replace the role, obtained more satisfactory result, but also exposed many problems. Based on China’s reality, in draw lessons from foreign successful experience on the basis of exploration, on real significance of rural cooperative finance in China, is China’s rural financial system reform and development is faced with the most urgent task.
