主动脉夹层动脉瘤多层螺旋ct血管造影分析（Multislice spiral CT angiography of aortic dissecting aneurysm） Multislice spiral CT angiography of aortic dissecting aneurysm This article source: paper / Authors: Lu Xin, Xu Kai, Li Jiangshan, Yang Chun [Key words] dissecting aneurysm of aorta Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods MSCTA findings of 28 cases of aortic dissecting aneurysm were analyzed retrospectively. Three dimensional reconstruction was performed by volume reconstruction (VR), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface reconstruction (CPR). Results in 28 cases, 6 cases were DeBakey type, 9 cases of type II, 13 cases type. There were 11 cases of left or right renal artery involvement, and all of them were characterized by three-dimensional reconstruction. Conclusions MSCTA can rapidly and accurately diagnose aortic dissecting aneurysm. Three dimensional reconstruction can provide an early basis for the involvement of aortic dissection and the inadequate perfusion of tissue and organs.
