门诊支气管哮喘患者合并焦虑、抑郁情绪分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者哮喘控制程度与焦虑和(或)抑郁情绪的关系。方法 选择2010年12月至2011年4月间我中心随访的支气管哮喘非急性发作期患者,同时采用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)和哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分表进行测评。结果 共有103例门诊非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者完成测评,40.8%(42/103)的患者合并焦虑和(或)抑郁情绪,这些不良情绪的发生与性别、病程均无关(P>0.05)。未达到哮喘控制的患者占56.3%(58/103),其中58.6%(34/58)的患者普遍存在焦虑和(或)抑郁;达到部分或完全控制的患者占43.7%(45/103),仅17.8%(8/45)的患者存在焦虑和(或)抑郁情绪;不同哮喘控制水平的患者合并焦虑和(或)抑郁情绪存在显著差异(P=0.000)。结论 非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者普遍合并焦虑和(或)抑郁情绪,患者哮喘控制水平与这些不良情绪密切相关。

Analysis of anxiety and depression in out-patient asthma patients
Li Ying,Zhangqiao,Wan Min,Wu Ying,Wang Changzheng,Ma ianli()Objective To investigate the relationship between anxiety and (or) depression and disease control degree in patients with asthma in stable phase,in order to make targeted psychological intervention therapy and find an effective evidence to support asthma control well. Methods we chooze the patients with regular visits and asthma control well from Dec/2010 to Apr/2011 in our hospital,who were asked to complete both Hospital anxiety and depression (HAD) test and Asthma Control Test (ACT) at the same time. Results 103 patients completed the study. There were 40.8 percent (42/103) patients with anxiety and (or) depression, and these negtive emotions were not related to sex nor history(P>0.05. There were 56.3 percent (58/103) of all patients with uncontrolled asthma, in which 58.6 percent (34/58) were generally combine with anxiety and (or) depression. Those part-controlled and controlled asthma patiens are 43.7 percent in all study patiens, in which only 17.8 percent(8/45) were combine with anxiety and (or) depression. Those patients with anxiety and (or) depression were significant different between controlled asthma patients and uncontrolled asthma patients.
