PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GLM INDUSTRIES L.P. – REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS PROCURED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASME PIPING AND PRESSURE EQUIPMENT The below listed information defines the minimum requirements for specific groups and forms of material and welding consumables commonly used at GLM Industries L.P. for pressure equipment constructed to the following codes: • ASME Section VIII – Division 1 – 2010 (2011a); ASME B31.3-2012; ASME B31.1-2012; CSA B51-0 To define the requirements for a specific component, select the appropriate form (plate, head, re-pad, fitting, etc.) and the desired material from the table(s) below. For components and materials not defined below, please contact the engineering department for specific requirements. REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS: The following is required for all materials and components: • Material Test Report (MTR) required • Heat #/Lot # and code material markings are required (Vendor marking system must be accepted by GLM Industries prior to order confirmation) • All fittings must be registered with ABSA and hold a valid CRN # in the province of Alberta (if final installation will be in another province, the fitting design must be registered in that province).
