A fter incubation at 37 for various tmi e periods (2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 24, 48 and 72 h), the biofilm sw ere stained w ith FUN-1 in dark for 45 m in ites. The form ing process and vitality were exam ined under confocalm icroscope by 488 or com bination w ith 633 argon ion laser stmi u lation. CalcofluorW hite stain w as applied to observe cyto- p lasm production w ith 405 argon ion laser triggering.
