浅论尿核基质蛋白22在膀胱癌诊断中的应用(Application of urinary nuclear matrix protein 22 in the diagnosis of bladder cancer) Application of urinary nuclear matrix protein 22 in the diagnosis of bladder cancer Date: 07, 10 Bladder neoplasms; carcinoma; nuclear matrix proteins Application, of, nuclear, matrix, protein22in, the, diagnosis, of, cancer., bladder Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical value of detection of urinary nuclear matrix protein (NMP22) in the diagnosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Methods 106 cases of suspected bladder cancer were treated with fresh urine and NMP22 test before cystoscopy. The sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of the method were calculated. And 20 fresh feces from healthy people were used as control group. Results the sensitivity of NMP22 in diagnosis of bladder cancer was 85.7% and specificity was 82.4%. Conclusion NMP22 is a simple and sensitive method for the early diagnosis of bladder cancer. Bladder neoplasms; carcinoma; nuclear matrix proteins Bladder tumor is a common malignant tumor of genitourinary tract. More than 90% of transitional cell carcinoma (1) are superficial squamous cell carcinoma without invasion, and the recurrence rate is high. Therefore, the detection of sensitive and specific methods is the key to improve the diagnosis of bladder cancer and reduce mortality. Urinary nuclear matrix protein 22 (NMP22) is a new tumor marker for the diagnosis of bladder cancer. 2002 to 106 cases of hematuria and bladder irritation symptoms of patients with cystoscopy, and urinary NMP22 examination, and take 20 servings of fresh urine were analyzed by NMP22, the sensitivity in the diagnosis of bladder cancer specificity. 1 materials and methods 1.1 clinical data 106 patients, male 72, female 34 people. Age 35~81 years old. The patient had no history of bladder tumor, and recently, cystoscopy was required because of microscopic or microscopic hematuria, irritation of bladder, or bladder lesion detected b
