Ciprofloxacin Injection (Ciprofloxacin, Injection)
The main ingredients of this product are: ciprofloxacin. Its chemical name is: 1-, propyl, -6-, fluorine, -1,4-, two hydrogen, -4-, oxygen, -7 (1- piperazine), -3-, quinoline carboxylic acid.

This product is colorless or nearly colorless transparent liquid.
[pharmacology and toxicology]
This product with broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect, especially for aerobic gram-negative bacilli with high antimicrobial activity, the bacteria have good antibacterial effect in vitro: most bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, enterobacter, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., proteus genus, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio bacteria, Jerson etc.. Antimicrobial resistance is also common in multidrug-resistant bacteria. Penicillin resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme producing strains of Bacillus influenzae and Mora are highly antibacterial. Most of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other Pseudomonas species have antibacterial action. This product has antibacterial activity against methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus, and has only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic streptococci and Enterococcus faecalis. It has good antimicrobial activity against Chlamydia trachomatis, mycoplasma and Legionella, and has antibacterial activity against tubercle bacillus and atypical mycobacteria. The antimicrobial activity of anaerobes was poor.
Ciprofloxacin, a microbicide, inhibits bacterial death by bacterial death by inhibiting the synthesis and replication of DNA by acting on A subunits of the bacterial DNA helicase.
