Methods: 42 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were treated with licorice Xiexin Decoction, with 1 weeks as the 1 course. Results: in 48 cases, 33 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90. 48%. Conclusion: Glycyrrhizae Xiexin Decoction is effective in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Keyword: recurrent oral ulcers; licorice Xiexin Decoction Recurrent aphthous ulcer (ROU) is one of the most common recurrent mucosal ulcers. It is a major problem in oral clinical treatment. At present, the etiology is not clear, and there is no effective treatment. The authors have treated 42 cases of recurrent oral ulcer diseases since 2000, and have achieved good results. It is hereby reported as follows: 1. Clinical data 1.1 general data: 42 cases were all outpatients in our hospital, including 8 males and 34 females.
