It is hereby reported as follows. clinical data 1. general data: there were 11 cases and 14 feet in this group, including 7 males and 4 females. The average age was 29.7 years old, 18~47 years. 3 cases were bruised by car accident, and the other was falling injury. There were 4 cases of left foot, 10 cases of right foot, 3 cases of double feet, and 2 cases of closed fracture except for skin avulsion of dorsum pedis. When the injury combined with lumbar compression fractures in 3 cases, combined with pelvic fractures, lateral malleolus fracture 1 cases. The time of injury and reduction was within 3 days. 2. clinical manifestations and X-ray examination showed that the patients suffered from heel pain, walking and weight-bearing difficulties, obvious tenderness, ankle joint and subtalar joint activities were significantly limited, and the arch height was significantly decreased. The conventional fracture and lateral radiographs of the calcaneus can be found in the original fracture line, offset and articular surface. According to Paley and so on (1) classification: tongue fracture 5 feet, central collapse type 8 feet (4 of which accompanied by partial crushing), crushing, fracture 1 feet. X-ray showed that the longitudinal arch collapsed and the Bhler angle decreased, including 10 feet less than 20 degrees, and 4 feet less than 0 degrees.
