结直肠癌腹腔镜手术治疗体会（Experience of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer） Experience of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer This article source: paper / Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic colorectal surgery. Using the method of laparoscopy and open surgery according to the principle of treatment of the clinical data of 19 cases of colorectal cancer, including 5 cases of right hemicolectomy, 4 cases sigmoid resection, rectal anterior resection (Dixon operation) in 8 cases, 5 cases of miles surgery. Results all the 19 operations were successful and no conversion to laparotomy was performed. The operation time ranged from 70 to 180min, with an average 130min. The intraoperative blood loss ranged from 50 to 210ml, with an average 80ml. There were no postoperative complications such as bleeding, anastomotic leakage, and urinary retention in 1 cases. The patients were hospitalized for 7~10 days, with an average of 7.8 days. The patients were followed up for 2~16 months, with an average of 10 months, and 1 with liver metastasis. Conclusion laparoscopic colorectal surgery is safe and feasible. It is the key to complete the operation to strictly grasp the indications of operation, skilled laparoscopic surgery and abundant open colorectal surgery experience.
