非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者心血管自主神经功能与心率变异性（Cardiovascular autonomic nervous function and heart rate variability in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus） Cardiovascular autonomic nervous function and heart rate variability in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus 2010-09-07 Miao Qing, Lv Zhuoren, Xia Zhongtao, Qian Xinye, Liu Shuyuan [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiovascular autonomic nervous function and heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods 41 patients with NIDDM were divided into the positive group (DAN+) and the negative group (DAN-) according to the results of the standard cardiovascular autonomic nerve function test, and 61 healthy controls were analyzed by HRV. Results the incidence of cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction was 53.7% in NIDDM patients, and the incidence of cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction was positively correlated with the course of disease. In DAN+ and DAN- group, most of the indexes of HRV were obviously decreased (P value 0.05 to 0.0001), and HRV histogram, scatter plot and 3D stereogram were characteristic changed, and the DAN+ group was the most significant. The LF/HF value of DAN- group increased obviously. Conclusion HRV can reflect the functional status of cardiovascular, sympathetic and vagus nerves in NIDDM patients more comprehensively, physically, quantitatively and intuitively, and has better stability, reproducibility and sensitivity. Therefore, HRV analysis is a good method for early detection of cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction in patients with NIDDM.
