The results were reported as follows. 1 experimental materials The experimental strains: 30 strains of Shigella were isolated from stool, direct clinical diarrhea patients, the colony and cell and G staining, consistent with biochemical identification of Shigella, and diagnostic factor serum, type (determined by serum agglutination diagnosis of Chengdu Institute of biological products and health epidemic prevention station of Shandong Province Supply within the period of validity, use). Medium: Double broth (used as experimental strain liquid culturing and experimental dilution), EmB agar (Shanghai medical laboratory supply, according to the product that is prepared to use). Chinese medicinal liquor production: selected Coptis, paeonol, tangerine peel, Yin Chen, purslane, Sophora, hawthorn, honeysuckle, rhubarb, grass, sieved to miscellaneous, each weighing 50g. Add water right amount, boil 1 ~ 1.5 hours, filter to remove slag, then decoct, steam, condense to 50ml (that is, as 100% of Chinese medicine sensitive liquid). 2 experimental method Experimental bacteria: respectively from each experimental strains were detected bacteria inoculation slant, double tube broth (per tube broth 10ml, 37 DEG C) were incubated for 12 to 18 hours, for drug sensitivity test of bacteria.
