I. The use of common instruments, reagents or drugs
1, NaOH: pH used to absorb CO2 or change the solution
2, Ca (OH) 2: identification of CO2
3, CaCl2: increase the permeability of bacterial cell wall
4, HCl: dissociation (15%) or change the pH of the solution
5, NaHCO3: provide CO2, as acid-base buffer
6 acid base buffer (Na2CO3/NaHCO3, Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4): used to regulate the solution pH
7, NaCl: preparation of physiological saline (0.9%) or for the extraction of DNA (0.14M or 2M)
8 agar: a carrier or medium for hormones or other substances, used for hormone transfer or culture
9, alcohol: used for disinfection (75%), purify DNA (95%), leaf decolorization, preparation of dissociation liquid (95% of cold alcohol) and wash off floating color (50%)
10. Sucrose: preparation of sucrose solution, determine the concentration of plant cell fluid, or observe the separation and restoration of the wall
11, two aniline: for the identification of DNA (boiling water bath, blue)
12, methyl green: detection of DNA, green
13, piroxicam: detection of RNA, red
15, Fehling Reagent (a solution of 0.1g/mL NaOH, 0.05g/mLCuSO4 / class B liquid) reagent: identification of soluble reducing sugar (boiling water bath, brick red precipitate)
16, for the identification of the protein: biuret reagent (purple)
17, Sultan III dye (Orange) and Sultan IV (red) for fat liquor identification
18, iodine liquid: used to identify starch (blue)
19, gentian violet solution or acetic acid magenta: basic dyes for chromosome staining, the former is deep blue, the latter is red
20, improved phenol fuchsin: detection of chromosome, red
21, the green B: the detection of mitochondria, specificity, so that mitochondria stained blue-green
22, potassium dichromate solution: detection of alcohol, gray green
23, bromine blue blue water solution: detection of CO2, from blue
