赤芍总苷对实验性大鼠胃溃疡模型影响的初步研究 林彦君(，章津铭，瞿燕，游宇 （成都中医药大学药学院西部中药材开发与利用教育部重点实验室 四川 成都 611137） [摘要] 目的：研究赤芍总苷对幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型大鼠胃液分泌及血清生化指标的影响，以揭示其作用机理。方法：采用幽门结扎法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型，收集动物胃液，测定胃液体积、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性；测量大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果：赤芍总苷能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性，且能显著增加其血清中NO含量和SOD活性，降低MDA含量。结论：赤芍总苷抗幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用机理可能是通过促进防御因子，提高机体抗氧化能力实现的。 [关键词] 赤芍总苷；幽门结扎；胃溃疡 Preliminary study On the impact of experimental gastric ulcer model in rats Of Total Paeony Glycoside (TPG) Lin Yan-jun(，Zhang Jin-ming，Qu Yan，You Yu （Chengdu University of TCM College of Pharmacy Key Laboratory of?The Ministry of Education of Western development and utilization of Chinese Medicinal Materials Sichuan chengdu 611137 ） [Abstract] Objective：To research the therapeutic effect of Acetic ether extract from Total Paeony Glycoside on Secretion of gastric juice and Serum Biochemical Indexes of the pyloric-ligation ulcer model ,and to reveal the mechanism. Method：rat gastric ulcer model was induced by pyloric ligation to collect gastric juice of all groups，measure the gastric juice volume、total acidity、the activity of pepsin；to determine Nitric oxide (NO) content、Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rat serum. Result：Acetic ether extract from Total Paeony Glycoside can inhibit the gastric juice volume、total acidity、the activity of pepsin in pyloric-ligation rats ulcer model，furthermore can significantly increase of NO content and SOD activity，but reduce to the MDA content in rat serum.Conclusion：The anti-Pyloro-ligation gastric ulcer mechanism of Acetic ether extract from Total Paeony Glycoside maybe achieved by promoting defense factor，and improving the bodys antioxidant capacity.
