毕 业 设 计（论 文） 学 院 名 称： 机械工程学院 专 业： 班 级： 机制 姓 名： 学 号 指 导 教 师： 职 称 定稿日期： 年 月 日 中文摘要 摘 要 由于目前面临很高的通胀压力，企业越来越多的选择提高生产效率降低生产成本使自己的商品更加拥有市场竞争力。 设计了一种自动汽车摩擦片缺陷检测流水线，主要由上料装置、缺陷检测装置、分拣装置组成。设计过程包括流水线机械结构设计计算、各重要机械结构设计计算和标准件的选用。最后进行了实际试验的可行性验证，证明了方案的可行性和合理性。 关键词：汽车摩擦片；流水线；缺陷检测； Ⅰ 英文摘要 ABSTRACT To make their products more competitive in the market, faced with the high inflationary pressure, enterprises are more likely to improve production efficiency to reduce production cost. A flaw inspection production line for car brake pad is design, mainly composed of a feeding unit, a flaw inspection unit and a sorting unit. The whole designing procedure include structure design calculation of the flaw inspection production line, structure design calculation of each important unit and choosing of the standard component. At last, a series of experiments are carried out, the feasibility of this machine is proved.
