The deep integration of production and education requires enterprises deep participation in vocational education, which requires higher vocational colleges establishing teaching mechanism to adapt to the integration to realize mutual ben- efits. Therefore, it is necessary to make feasible, mutually beneficial and win-win policy, and strengthen supervision and coordination to form the development pattern which is led by the government, higher vocational colleges works , participated deeply by industry and enterprises, thus resulting the higher vocational education serve the industrial de- velopment indeed.
