《财务条例与细则》修订款
总干事的报告
按照WHA48.21号决议 .其中涉及修订《财务条例》与周转金有关的条例以便自 19%
年 1月1 日起将周转金的第I和第 II部分合并为一个统一的周转金，并根据《财务条
例》第16. 1条，总干事现提交《财务细则》的修订款，请执行委员会子以确认，然
后将向卫生大会进行报告 。
1.总干事现提出对《财务鈿则》第十八条一《周转金》的修订款，以便反映 1995
年5月卫生大会以WHA48 . 21号决议通过的经修订的《财务条例》对周转金的影响 。
执行委员会的行动
2.如果执委会同意提出的《财务细则》修订款，它似可通过如下决议 ：
