MDCT 靶扫描技术在胃癌诊断中应用初探 中文摘要 MDCT 靶扫描技术在胃癌诊断中应用初探 中文摘要 目的: 探讨MDCT 靶扫描技术对胃癌术前分期的应用价值，以AJCC/UICC 第七版 TNM 分期手册为参照标准。 材料与方法: 收集41 例行胃癌多排螺旋常规两期扫描+动脉后期CT 靶扫描、并取 得手术病理结果的病例。由 2 名有经验的放射医师依据第七版 AJCC/UICC 肿瘤 TNM 分期标准评价并记录胃癌CT―T‖分期、胃癌部位、胃癌区胃壁厚度、胃癌病 理类型对 CT―T‖分期是否有影响。分析结果与病理对照，并运用统计学方法对比 常规两期增强组及常规增强+动脉后期靶扫描组两组方法诊断胃癌的敏感性、特异 性、准确性。 结果: 靶扫描组评价胃癌敏感性、特异性、准确性均优于常规两期增强组。靶扫描 组的 T 分期总准确率为 85.3%、两期增强组58.5% 。靶扫描组早期胃癌T1a 的敏感 率为60%、T1b 的敏感率为75% 。 结论: 胃靶扫描技术对胃癌T 分期的诊断与病理诊断的符合率高，其诊断定性的准确 性及病变被检出的敏感性均优于传统两期增强扫描。 关键词: 靶扫描；多排螺旋CT；胃癌；分期(AJCC/UICC 第七版） 作 者：唐磊华 指导教师：程英升 教授 I Abstract Use of MDCT Target scanning in the diagnosis of gastric cancer Use of MDCT Target scanning in the diagnosis of gastric cancer Abstract Objective: To investigate the value of MDCT Target scanning for preoperative staging of gastric cancer according to the 7th edition of the AJCC cancer staging manual.
