IV Abstract This article briefly introduces the current studies of Marx’s human capital thinking. Based on these studies, the article makes a detailed study of Marx’s human capital thinking. In Marx’s famous works, his discussion of labor force had included the analysis of human capital’s concept and characters. He had also distinguished the human capital’s cost from its use value and its price. In Marx’s opinion, production activities, education and training, and proper migrations can increase laborers’ human capital. If a firm wants to make best use of its human capital, the firm must make sure that how many producation workers it should hire, how to divide the work, how to make the workers cooperation, how to manange and supervise the wokers, how to arrange working time, etc. In addition, in Marx’s opinion, human capital has great influence on economic development.
