Cr含量对AICrTiSiN涂层微观结构和性能的影响

摘 要：采用PVD多弧离子镀技术，于450
用x射线衍射、x射线光电子能谱分析、纳米压痕试验、划痕试验和POD摩擦磨损试验测定了
A1CrTiSiN涂层的微观结构和性能，以揭示cr含量对涂层微观结构及性能的影响。研究结果表明：
摩擦因数和磨损率降低；Cr含量为55．18％的涂层抗摩擦磨损性能最佳，因此可大大提高刀具的使
用寿命。
