Fundamentally speaking, this is because of the misunderstanding of the concept of corporate culture.
I. misunderstanding of the concept of enterprise culture
Enterprise culture has not played its proper role and has become a pure cost activity. The main reason lies in:
1, the majority of enterprises engaged in the construction of enterprise culture, is the right and fashion, rather than for and suitable, is the slogan, essence is not unique enterprise, to carry out day-to-day management activities of enterprises without help.
