Based on the analysis of the current problems of logistics cost management in China and the existing, put forward the innovation of logistics cost management mechanism, construction of logistics cost management system, multi linkage logistics cost reduction to improve our enterprise logistics cost management strategy. Logistics cost; logistics cost management; strategy Enterprise logistics is becoming more and more important in todays highly competitive market economy. Compared with the foreign enterprises, the logistics cost produced by the enterprises in our country is obviously higher than that of the foreign enterprises. According to the International Monetary Fund statistics, the United States and Japan logistics costs accounted for 10.5% of GDP, 11.4%, while Chinas 18.6%. In addition, the logistics cost of enterprises in China accounted for 30% of the total cost of goods, 3 times higher than in western developed countries. Because the logistics cost 90% is consumed in the circulation link, only 10% in the production link. Therefore, it is urgent to discuss how to strengthen the logistics cost management of the modern enterprise. I. The composition of enterprise logistics costs At present, the definition of logistics is derived from the American Association of logistics management (1998). The association said: logistics is a part of the supply chain process, is a process of forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information from the origin to t
