改良Henry入路掌侧解剖锁定钢板固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折 庞飞,2 严世贵1 郦仕杰3梁文清2 【摘要】 目的 探讨改良Henry入路掌侧解剖锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法 自2012年2月至2013年3月回顾性分析应用采用改良Henry入路和Henry入路解剖锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折66例，按随机数字表法分为Henry入路（35例）和Henry组（31例），比较两组Dienst关节功能评估、改良McBride评价及术后并发症。结果 所有患者均获得随访，时间9～19个月，平均13.5个月。 X线片示所有患者骨折均达到骨性愈合。两组Dienst关节功能评估和改良的McBride评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组术后并发症（掌侧屈肌腱激惹、腕关节酸痛和正中神经刺激症 【关键词】桡骨远端骨折；内内固定术；手术入路 Treatment of unstable distal radius fracture with palmar locking plate via modified Henry approach PANG Fei, YAN Shi-gui, LI Shi-jie, LIANG Wen-qing * Corresponding author: YAN Shi-gui, E-mail: pfly@ 【Abstract】 Objective　To evaluate clinical effects of unstable distal radius fracture with palmar locking plate via modified Henry approach. Methods From February 2012 to March 2013,A retrospective analysis was conducted on the 66 patients with distal radius fracture treated by modified Henry approach and ordinary Henry approach palmar locking plate．The patients were randomly divided into modified Henry group(n=35)and Henry group(n=31)．During follow-up, the two groups were compared in aspects of Dienst evaluation criteria, modified McBrides evaluation criteria and postoperative complications respectively. Results We had a follow-up period of 9 to 19 months mean (13.5months). X-ray showed that all fractures were bony healing.There were no significant differences between the two groups regarding Dienst evaluation criteria and modified McBrides evaluation criteria (P0.05). However，there were significant differences between the two groups in postoperative complications(Palmar flexor tendon irritation symptoms, Ache of wrist joint and median nerve iniury) No other complications such as a infection，loosening of implants,Dorsal tendon irritation symptoms, nonunion and Delayed union occurred during the follow-up period. Conclusions Unstable distal radius fracture can be efectively treated with palmar locking plate via modified Henry approach .The procedure has less pronator quadrates injury, fewer complicat
