摘 要：
分析了白音华一号露天煤矿当前的外雇采煤设备存在的一些问题，提出采用DWY1500
型全液压斗轮挖掘机进行采煤作业，并从技术可行性、经济合理性和安全可靠性3 个方面进行论
证，最终得出外雇DWY1500 型全液压斗轮挖掘机在白音华一号露天煤矿应用具有可行性的结论。

Abstract: The article analyzed some problems of the present hired mining equipments in Baiyinhua No.1 Open -pit Mine, put
forward adopting the DWY1500 full hydraulic bucket wheel excavator to mine coal. From the demonstrations of technical feasibility,
economic rationality and safety reliability, this article concluded that it was feasible to apply the hired DWY1500 full hydraulic
bucket wheel excavator in Baiyinhua No.1 Open-pit Mine.
