Keywords：Bolt；Fracture；Inter-granularcorrosion；Inter-granular 断裂螺栓为某化工厂的一条阀门螺栓，该螺 物覆盖，见图2。 栓使用温度200℃，压力1.8MPa，介质为丙烯。该 螺栓已在室外使用10年时间，使用时无振动。于 2012年7月5 日发现该螺栓断裂，断裂部位在螺栓 中部光杆处，断裂部位见图1。 图2 断裂螺栓的宏观形貌 2 扫描电镜及能谱分析 将螺栓断口用超声波设备清洗后置于扫描电 镜下观察，发现断口表面微观形貌呈典型冰糖状 图1 断裂螺栓的宏观形貌 ［2］ 沿晶断裂特征 ，晶面平坦，有较强的立体感，见图 1 宏观检验 3。
