It introduces the hydraulic tilting cooling bed structure and work charac- teristic, taking a project as an example, analyzes the problems and reasons existing in cooling bed operating, puts forward using proportional valve and synchronous motor open-loop control cooling bed hydraulic cylinder as the improved scheme, hydraulic cylinders of the tilting cooling bed achieve real-time speed control and high precision synchronization effect.
