The following questions were addressed :1) Clinical manifestation of adult anoxic-ischemic encephalopathy after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 2) Analyze the CT and MRI manifestation of AIE after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 3) Compare the effect of different treatments which the AIE patients received after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 4 ）Analyze the clinical outcome of AIE. Methods: We recruited and analyzed the data of the 27 qualified patients from our hospital in the past 9 years who were diagnosed as AIE after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, recording the general situation, protopathy, the clinical manifestation of the AIE patients, the Glasgow coma score, the CT and MRI examination record, and the treatment which the patients received, and the outcome of the patients,in order to observe the efficacy of different treatment options, to evaluate the prognosis of AIE in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
