Analysis of patients with lung cancer with brain metastasis staging surgery [Keywords:] lung cancer; brain metastases; surgery Our hospital between 1990 and 2004 lung cancer with brain metastasis in 12 cases, now we are staging lung cancer resection line of resection of brain metastases and the treatment experience as follows. ECT bone scan showed showed no bone metastases, liver metastases were no B-according to TNM stage, T1N0M1 3 cases. T2N1M1, 9 cases. Pathologic examination: poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma in 4 cases, 5 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma , alveolar adenocarcinoma in 3 cases.
