2009年云南省楚雄州疟疾发病情况研究[摘要] 目的:了解云南省楚雄州2009年疟疾发病情况和趋势,为制定全州2010年疟疾防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用描述流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果:2009年楚雄州共计报告疟疾患者23例,年平均发病率0.88/10万,以双柏县的发病率最高,患者以农民为主,全州91%的当地患者发生在双柏县。结论:2009年楚雄州的疟疾发病总体呈缓慢、平稳下降的趋势,保持在一个较低的发病水平,年发病率为0.88/10万。结合本州的疟疾疫情现状宜采取疟疾传染源监测和经常性健康教育为主的防治策略,重点加强双柏县疟疾老疫区间日疟休止期根治和现症患者的规范性抗疟治疗以及5～9月疟疾高发季节在双柏县老疫区开展爱国卫生运动,消除蚊虫孳生环境,进行滞留喷洒灭蚊,降低蚊媒密度,实施综合防治,同时还要加强全州流动人口的疟疾管理和健康教育工作,加强对外出高疟区打工人员防治工作,进一步降低本州疟疾发病。 [关键词] 疟疾;发病;分析 [中图分类号] R531.3 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)03(b)-118-02 Analysis of malaria infectious status during 2009 in Chuxiong autonomous prefecture of Yunnan Province BAO Jianzhong (Chuxiong Autonomous Prefecture for Disease Control and Prevention,Chuxiong 675000, China) [Abstract] Objective: Through study incidence trend of malaria in Chuxiong autonomous prefecture,Yunnan province in 2009,in order to provide scientific basis for informing malaria prevention and control measures in 2010. Methods: The author chose descriptive epidemiological method for data analysis. Results: In 2009,total cases of malaria from Chuxiong showed that the annual average incidence rate was 0.88/lakh,with the highest incidence of Shuangbai County,and cases come from mainly peasants.The 91% of local cases have occurred in Shuangbai County. Conclusion: In 2009,the overall incidence of malaria of Chuxiong autonomous prefecture was slow and steady downward trend,remained at a relatively low level of incidence of 0.88/lakh.According to epidemic situation of malaria we should be take monitor malaia transmission and regular health education as prevention strategies,and strengthen them in Shuangbai County,including there are some routine antimalarial radical treatments against vivax telogen and present patients.From May to September,high incidence of malaria in the month of the season,we will carry out patriotic health campaigns in this area,so as to eliminate mosquito breeding environment,and conduct residual spraying against mosquitoes to reduce the media grain dens
