不同皮瓣修复术在手部深组织外露中应用效果比较[摘要] 目的：探讨不同皮瓣修复术在手部深组织外露中的治疗效果，以为其治疗提供依据。方法：选取2005年5月～2009年1月于本院进行治疗的46例手部深组织外露患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（中、全厚皮瓣组）23例和观察组（超薄皮瓣组）23例，后将两组的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率及患者满意率进行统计分析，并加以比较。结果：经研究及比较发现，观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，而并发症发生率却明显低于对照组，同时患者的满意率也明显高于对照组，经比较，P均＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论：在手部深组织外露的治疗中，选用超薄皮瓣修复术进行治疗，效果较好，并发症发生率低，患者满意率高，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词] 中、全厚皮瓣修复术；超薄皮瓣修复术；手部深组织外露；效果 [中图分类号] R622+.1 [文献标识码]C[文章编号]1674-4721（2011）07（a）-180-02 Comparison of effects of different kinds of skin flap prothesis on hand with deep tissue exposure XIE Naichan1, ZHONG Zhiqiang1, WU Guangbing1, ZENG Fanzeng1, CHEN Zunrong2, ZENG Jianhua2 1.Department of Orthopedics of the Third Hospital of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, Meizhou 514089, China; 2.Shuangliu Township Center Hospital of Wuhua County, Guangdong Province, Wuhua 514437, China [Abstract] Objective: To compare the effects of different kinds of skin flap prothesis on hand with deep tissue exposure. Methods: 46 cases of patients wounded on hand with deep tissue exposure who were treated in the department of orthopedics of the third hospital of Meizhou were selected to this study, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients of control group were treated by medium or full thickness flap prosthetics and experimental group by ultra-thin flap prosthetics. Then the total effective, complication rate and patient satisfaction for both groups were analyzed and compared. Results: A higher total treatment effective and patient satisfaction were fond in the control group (P＜0.05). A lower complication rate was fond in the control group (P＜0.05). The differences had obvious statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of ultra-thin skin flap for the repair of wound on hand with deep tissue exposure has higher treatment effect and patient satisfaction, and has lower complication rate.
