人力资本投资对农村青年劳动力流动地影响研究——以甘肃省地数据为基础.pdfVIP

摘 要 农村劳动力向城镇转移是实现现代化的必然途径，也是解决我国“三农”问 题的必由之路。近年来，以户籍制度为代表的城乡二元体制对劳动力外出就业的 制约不断弱化，随着城市低层次就业岗位的饱和及工业产业现代化水平的不断提 高，人力资本对劳动力外出就业的影响将会进一步增强。因此，研究人力资本与 劳动力外出就业的相关性具有重要的现实意义。 以甘肃省的调查为基础，首先本文对调查样本的基本状况进行描述，其中包 括外出劳动力的受教育情况、培训情况以及健康状况等人力资本特征的统计分 析，然后对外出劳动力的就业状况和就业收入进行了解，并且归纳得出当前外出 劳动力的人力资本现状和就业的特点。 其次，分析了人力资本与劳动力外出就业的相关性：主要包括以下三个方面 的内容：一是文化程度对外出劳动力所从事职业性质的影响；二是人力资本对劳 动力外出就业收入的影响，主要运用相关和回归来分析两者之间的关系；三是劳 动力外出就业对人力资本投资需求的影响。通过分析得出人力资本是影响劳动力 外出就业的重要因素。主要结论有： 1.外出劳动力中文化程度较高，而且是男性的劳动力，外出就业收入会较高。 而且文化程度与劳动力所从事的职业性质密切相关。 2.提高职业技能水平是提高人力资本的重要途径。受过相关的专业技能培训， 较易获得较高的工资收入。 3.外出劳动力的人力资本水平越高，在外出就业中维护自己权益的意识越强。 4. 外出就业能促进人力资本投资的需求。在外出劳动力中，84.6%的人希望 接受更多的教育，将近 80%的农民工计划接受职业培训。外出就业后，劳动力对 教育、培训的需求很强烈。 最后在上述结论的基础上提出促进农村劳动力外出顺利就业的人力资本投 资建议。 关键词：人力资本；外出就业；教育；培训 II Abstract To realize our country’s modernization and solve “Three Agriculture” question, rural labor’s migration to city and non-farm industry is necessary. Recently, the didactic system between rural and city became weakened, its representative is reformation of The Household Registration System. However as the city’s low level employment saturated long with non-farm industry’s modernization level enhanced, the affection of Human Capital to Rural Labor Migration will be further strengthened. Therefore, the study on correlation of human capital and labor forces outgoing employment has important practical significance. On the foundation of investigation date from Gansu, first of all, I described the basic situation of the survey sample. It contains the statistical analysis about outgoing labors’ education, training, as well as healthy situation, then understand the outgoing labors’ employment
