Abstract【 】 Objective: To investigate the expression of ZBP — 89 protein in hepatocellular carcinom a ( H C C ) tis ­ sues and analye its c lin ic a l significance and correlation w ith hypoxia in d u cible factor - 2a ( H IF - 2a ) . Methods ：Im - m unohistochem istry was used to detect the expression of ZBP -89 and H IF -2a in 120 cases of hepatic carcinoma tissues and paired peritum oral tissues . The relationship between ZBP - 89 expression and c lin ic a l parameters of hepa ­ to ce llu la r carcinom a and its relationship w ith H IF -2a was also been analyzed . Results ：H igh expression of ZBP -89 was found in 33. 3% HCC tissues and 60. 8% peritum oral tissues . Its expression in hepatocellular carcinom a was sig ­ n ific a n tly low er than that in peritum oral tissues ( P 0. 05 ). The expression of ZBP - 89 was negatively correlated w ith the size of liv e r cancer and positively correlated w ith the expression of H IF -2a in HCC tissues . Conclusion ： ZBP - 89 may be involved in the occurrence and developm ent of H C C ,and its expression may be regulated by H IF - 2a .
