小儿皮肌炎的预后及随访（Prognosis and follow-up of juvenile dermatomyositis） Prognosis and follow-up of juvenile dermatomyositis 2010-08-01 Lu Yan, Ma Songchun, He Xiaohu Our hospital nearly 15 years hospitalized for children with dermatomyositis (JDM) in 79 cases, we recently followed up the long-term effect of patients, including 53 cases with follow-up, the follow-up results were reported as follows. 1 data and methods 1.1 cases: case 79 cases of dermatomyositis patients hospitalized from 1977 to 1992, outpatient follow-up letters and 53 cases with follow-up follow-up. Among them, 19 cases were followed up for 5~10 years, 11~15 cases in 24 years, 10 cases in 16~20 years. The patients were divided into group A (regular treatment group) and group B (irregular treatment or self stopping group). The curative effect was analyzed. 1.2 diagnostic criteria: typical skin rash and near limb myasthenia manifestations, which were confirmed by serum enzymes, electromyography or muscle biopsy, met the diagnostic criteria proposed by Bohan [1]. 1.3 efficacy criteria: Bureau of drug administration of Ministry of health reference drugs (Western Medicine) the guiding principle of clinical research in the treatment of rheumatism medicine clinical research guiding principle comprehensive evaluation of the curative effect. Clinical remission: symptoms, signs disappeared, the main laboratory indexes recovered close to normal; progress: the symptoms and physical signs were alleviated, the main laboratory indicators have improved; symptoms and signs and other indexes had no obvious improvement. 2 Result 2.1 clinical information 2.1.1 general data: 53 cases were followed up, 32 were female, 21 were male. 3 years old, 4 cases, 4~6 years old, 13 cases, 7~10 years old, 17 cases, 11~14 years old, 19 cases, the minimum 1 cases, age 2 years old. The course of disease was less than 4 months, 25 cases, 5 months to 1 years, 21 cases, 1~2 years, 4 cases, 2 years, 3 cases, the shortest 1 cases, 1 months of ons
