怎样提高注意力(How to improve your concentration)
How to concentrate is the key to improve the efficiency of work study. A recent article at the University of Kent in Britain has made a detailed analysis of attention.
We cant concentrate much of our time, but its only when were distracted that we cant finish our work efficiently or even make mistakes, and then we realize the problem. Distracting environments, cranky and emotional factors can lead to a lack of concentration. Your mind is like a jumping monkey, training yourself to concentrate on taming the big monkey. Know why attention is not concentrated, it is easy to remedy the case.
Factors causing concentration of attention
The causes of attention deficit are mainly divided into two categories: internal cause and external cause:
External interference
Noise, conversation.
Uncomfortable chairs and tables, inappropriate lights.
television
Work, chores.
Network, e-mail.
Internal factors
Hungry, tired, ill.
Lacking power; bored or interested.
Anxiety, stress and annoyance.
Negative thoughts.
A pipe dream。
I cant help myself. I have dyslexia.
Attention and your body
Your health is critical to your attention. You need plenty of nutrition, rest and sleep to keep your concentration:
Healthy, balanced diet is the key.
Dont eat big meals before you study. One hundred thoughts.
A lot of sugar suddenly gets your blood sugar up suddenly, and then a sudden drop can make you tired. High sugar foods are good for physical exercise and are not good for mental activities. Your words can be considered fruits and nuts.
Drink plenty of water during your mental activity, especially when youre sleepy.
Coffee can sober you up, but at the same time it increases your anxiety. Drink in moderation.
Choose the sports you like. Moderate exercise helps to increase concentration.
Rest on time every day. Regular rest is critical to recovery and memory.
Regular sleep prevents insomnia.
A nap helps to concentrate and remember.
