杭州丽轩装有限公司员工培训现状分析和分析求仁祥
摘 要
随着全球经济一体化的到来和市场经济的不断完善,企业在市场经济洪流中竞争越来越大,每个企业都在为增强自身的竞争力而绞尽脑汁。当今企业的核心竞争力取决于员工的素质,而培训是提高员工素质的重要手段,其实质是一种人力资本投资,可以使人力资本的价值得到提升,从而提升企业的竞争力。培训,已经成企业永恒的话题,一股培训浪潮正在悄然掀起。本文首先探讨了杭州丽轩服装有限公司的培训现状和作用。剖析了调研单位的员工培训现状,发现其存在的问题:对培训重要性认识的不足;培训体制的不完善;培训资金投入的不足;员工对培训的消极态度;培训需求不明确以及培训效果评估的不完整。分析了产生问题的原因:企业限制;培训的风险性;管理者和员工的局限性。在这些基础上,本文针对单位的具体情况就如何有效开展员工培训提出了自己的建议,如:完善员工培训的体系;明确培训需求,加强对员工培训工作认识;争取政府等外部环境的支持。

Abstract
With the advent of global economic integration and the market economy continued to be refined, enterprises in the market economy, a growing torrent of competition, each enterprise in order to enhance the competitiveness of their own brains. Today, the core competitiveness of enterprises depends on the quality of staff, and improve staff training is an important means of quality, and its essence is a human capital investment, can make the value of human capital may be raised so as to enhance the competitiveness of businesses. Training, has been the topic of enterprise eternity, a training was quietly set off a wave. The paper first discusses the concept of staff training, theoretical development and the role of staff training. Analysis of the research units of the status of staff training and found that the problem exist: awareness of the importance of training deficiencies; training system imperfections; training deficiencies in investment funds; the staffs negative attitude to training; training needs and training effectiveness is not clear assessment incomplete. Analyzed the cause of the problem: Enterprise restrictions; training risks; managers and staff limitations. On this basis, this paper, the specific circumstances of units on how to effectively carry out staff training put forward its own proposals, such as: staff training to improve the system; specific training needs, and strengthen staff training and awareness; for government support of the external environment.
