Hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the efficacy of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction Cerebrovascular disease is a serious threat to human health of the common disease of which 85% of patients with cerebral infarction, the morbidity and mortality are high, how to choose the right treatment to reduce morbidity and mortality is particularly important [1]. our hospital from 2009 to 2010 the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy of acute cerebral infarction in 59 cases, the efficacy results now reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection: Choose 72 hours after onset to diagnosis of 59 patients by head CT or MRI confirmed cerebral infarction, and cerebrovascular disease in line with the fourth sector, the country adopted at the meeting diagnostic criteria [2] were randomly divided into 2 groups , in which the treatment group of 30 patients, 16 males and 14 females, aged 43 to 72 years, mean 63.4 years, average neurological deficit of 24.51 + -9.72 in the control group 29 cases, 15 males and 14 females, age 45 to 70 years, mean 62.4 years, average neurological deficit of 24.37 + -9.21.  1.2 Treatment: ① control group received saline 250ML + 15ML Shuxuening intravenous saline 250ML + 250ML citicoline static point, all once daily for 10 days. ② treatment group were based on the drug treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy: more than the air in the pressurized module, step-20min, pressure 2ATA. regulator 60min, decompression 20min, regulated period can absorb oxygen 30min, rest 10min, and then suck oxygen 30min, 20min decompression every 10 times for one course.  1.3 Efficacy Evaluation: According to the 1995 National Conference on the fourth by cerebrovascular disease sector, the ‘standard clinical neurological deficit score’ and ‘clinical assessment standards’   [2]  neurological deficit score at discharge, reduce the percentage of assessment of efficacy.
