Exogenous HPV16 E7 oncogene expression in HeLa cells Cyclin E expression [Abstract] Objective To study the recombinant adenovirus-mediated human papilloma virus (HPV) type 16 E7 virus oncogene infection of HeLa cells cyclin E (of Cyclin E) expression, and to explore the HPV16 E7 oncogene expression of Cyclin E infection of cultured human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells with recombinant adenovirus vector containing the HPV16 E7 viral oncogene in cervical cancer development. Immunofluorescence staining, laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) detection of Cyclin E expression differences before and after infection. Results HPV16 E7 after infection of Cyclin E expression significantly increased compared with infection. Conclusion HPV16 E7 gene expression to promote the expression of Cyclin E, and promote proliferation of cervical tumor cells. MethodsExpression of Cyclin E was detected by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) before and after the transfection. ResultsExpression of Cyclin E protein in the HeLa cells increased significantly after the transfection of HPV16 E7 genes.ConclusionExpression of HPV16 E7 oncogene influences the expression of Cyclin E and enhances the proliferation of the cells of the cervical carcinoma.
