摘 要
电子商务是网络化的经济活动,以所未有的速度发展,已成为赢得了全球资源配置优势的有效手段。网购的群体更是发展迅速,几乎超过互联网网民发展的速度,相信在不远的将来,在服务商越来越完善的服务,平台越发成熟,电子商务的创新性与时代趋势,亦成为必然 。安全问题是影响电子商务发展的主要因素。绝大多数人担心遭到黑客的侵袭而导致信用卡信息丢失。因此,有一部分人或企业因担心安全问题而不愿使用电子商务,安全成为电子商务发展中最大的障碍。网络自身局限性搜索功能不够完善电子商务的管理还不够规范税务配送知识产权电子证据的认定结合我国目前电子商务现状,对电子商务环境下顾客忠诚的障碍因素及驱动因素进行分析,阐述电子商务环境下培养顾客忠诚的策略。,阐述了提高顾客忠诚度的途径和对企业的影响。

E-commerce is a network of economic activities at an unprecedented pace, won the world has become an effective means of resource allocation advantages. In the fierce market competition, the customers are the prerequisite and basis for survival, companies in pursuit of customer satisfaction for business strategy, and strive to create total customer satisfaction, build customer loyalty, business competition, in essence, customer disputes,Maintain and improve customer loyalty is the enterprise survival and development lies.
E-commerce also has its own unique disadvantages. Safety is the main factor affecting the development of electronic commerce. Most people fear of hackers attacks resulting in loss of credit card information. Therefore, some people or businesses because of security concerns and refuse to use e-commerce, security has become the biggest obstacle to development of electronic commerce. Own limitations, such as network search function is not perfect, the management has not been standardized e-commerce, taxation, distribution, intellectual property, electronic evidence, identification of problems affecting customer loyalty and so on.
