On serum total bile acids and other indicators in the diagnosis of cirrhosis of the clinical significance of Paper Network: [Abstract] Objective To investigate the serum total bile acid (TBA) and other indicators will be measured in liver cirrhosis diagnosis clinical significance of our hospital 100 cases randomly selected hospitalized patients with cirrhosis as a pilot group of 70 medical groups as normal control group, two groups in the determination of serum TBA, PA, CHE, ALT, AST, TBIL levels and other indicators, the indicators between the two groups without significant differences in results 1) experimental group TBA, TBIL concentrations rose significantly high, decompensated patients TBA highest level, with the control group there was significant difference (P lt;0.01), 2) the experimental group PA content, ChE activity was significantly decreased compared with control group there was significant difference (P lt;0.01) ; 3) the test group in varying degrees of elevated aminotransferase levels, patients with decompensated cirrhosis of the liver was significantly elevated ALT, AST increased in patients with decompensated more obvious comparison between groups was significant difference (P lt; 0.01); 4) With the increasing severity of hepatic cirrhosis was significantly decreased PA, ADA, and ChE activity was significantly higher among the groups was significant difference (P lt;0.01). Conclusions In patients with liver cirrhosis, TBA-positive rate of 86.1 %, more sensitive than other indicators, to help early diagnosis of diseases, PA synthesis in the liver reflects the extent of damage is more sensitive than the ALB.
