髂动脉及股动脉内支架植入术的长期临床和血管造影随访（Long term clinical and angiographic follow-up of iliac and femoral artery stenting） Long term clinical and angiographic follow-up of iliac and femoral artery stenting 2011-09-14 Lu Chengzhi, Li Yuguang, David, Ho, Wang Yan [Abstract] Objective To study the percutaneous angioplasty and stenting in the treatment of iliac artery and femoral artery atherosclerotic stenosis of the early and late clinical curative effect. Methods and results from December 1994 to March 1997, 43 Wallstent stents were implanted in 37 iliac and femoral arteries in 33 patients, and all the operations were successful. The clinical follow-up was (26 + 14) months, and the symptoms of intermittent claudication and rest pain disappeared. Angiographic follow-up of 17 patients (20 vessels) was performed in 23 patients (10 + 5 months). The restenosis rate of iliac stent was 0 (0/8), and the rate of femoral artery restenosis was 33% (3/9). All 3 patients with 3 restenosis femoral arteries succeeded in PTA again. Conclusion PTA and stenting of iliac artery and femoral artery are safe and effective, with high success rate and less complications.
