According to the disclosure, the project intends to use the public offering to raise funds in excess of investment, is expected to acquire 51% stake in Huayi giant price of RMB 57 million 250 thousand yuan, increase 12 million 750 thousand yuan, after the completion of the transaction the company holds 51% stake in Huayi giant, a total investment of 70 million yuan. After the completion of the equity transfer and capital issues Huayi giant of the registered capital of 50 million yuan, equity structure is as follows: the giant Huayi Company holds equity ratio of 51%; Shanghai giant network technology Co. Ltd. holding Huayi giant equity ratio of 34%; Shanghai Ju Yan network technology limited company holds 15% stake in Huayi giant. Huayi Brothers chairman Wang Zhongjun, chairman of the board of giant networks
